I agree that on behalf of my child, to the Participation & Liability Waiver and instruct my child to follow all instructions of staff and staff of external partner organisations and to adhere to the terms and conditions indicated in the above waiver. I understand that this program, as with all programs, carry inherent risks and exhaustive attempts will be taken by both the partner organisations and the staff for the safety of all participants. I hereby release the program, staff and the staff of external partner organisations and the partner organisations itself of liabiility.
